
Ingredients:
• 250 grams cashews
• 250 grams almonds
• 350 grams sugar
• 4 tablespoons ghee
Instructions:
1. Grind the Nuts: Finely grind the cashews and almonds into a powder.
2. Prepare Sugar Syrup: In a pan over low heat, melt the sugar, stirring continuously to prevent burning.
3. Mix in Nuts: Once the sugar turns a golden brown (caramelized), add the ground cashews and almonds. Stir well to combine.
4. Spread the Mixture: Remove from heat and immediately pour the mixture onto a greased surface or a ghee-coated plate. Spread it thinly and evenly.
5. Cut into Pieces: Allow it to cool slightly before cutting it into desired shapes. Let it cool completely before serving or storing.
