Ingredients:
- 1 cup bajra (pearl millet) flour
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup jaggery (gud), chopped into small pieces
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- A pinch of black salt
- A pinch of black pepper powder
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)
- Water, as needed
- Sesame seeds for topping
- Ghee for cooking
Instructions:
- Heat a small pan with water and add chopped jaggery. Stir until the jaggery dissolves completely.
- Add fennel seeds, ginger powder, black salt, and black pepper powder to the jaggery water. Stir well.
